We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not listed in the non-returnable items section below
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Software that has been opened or activated
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Bring the item to our store or ship it to our warehouse address provided in the RA email.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Options
We offer the following refund options:
Receive store credit for the full purchase amount plus 10% bonus. Instant processing.
Refund to your original payment method. Processing time: 5-10 business days.
Exchange for a different product of equal or greater value. Price difference applies.
Direct bank transfer to your Nigerian bank account. Processing time: 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Amounts
The refund amount depends on the reason for return:
- Defective/Damaged Item: Full refund including shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: Full refund including shipping costs
- Changed Mind: Product cost only (shipping costs non-refundable)
- Item Not As Described: Full refund including shipping costs
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging
- We will arrange for pickup at no extra cost
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again (it may take 5-10 business days)
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank (there may be processing time)
